How to start our relationship
To start: Complete the Online Application Form. From this moment, we start to work with you and will answer all of your questions and address all of your concerns. You will receive detailed information that will allow you to make an informed decision about whether or not Royal Medical is right for you. And, if you do decide to move forward, we will help you during the whole process.
Your personal Royal Medical Manager (RM Manager) will contact you immediately when we receive your application (if necessary, call us and we will also help you complete the Form). Your RM Manager is fully available to assist you over the phone, fax, Skype, via email, whichever you prefer. Feel comfortable and contact them anytime. They will answer all your questions about our services and assist you in preparing your medical trip.
The RM Manager will send you an electronic word document – medical questionnaire, which helps our specialists´ team to understand your medical needs. Pay attention to this questionnaire, it is extremely important that you identify truly and precisely what is your health condition and what you are expecting. Then we start planning your travel to the Czech Republic. We will send you detailed information about a selected specialist, a medical clinic and everything about staying in the country.
