ROYAL MEDICAL does not engage in providing medical advice in any form. We are not a medical professionals and do not provide opinion, procedures, tests, diagnosis or treatment. We provide information about hospitals, doctors and medical travel related service providers, in order for you to make informed decisions. We strictly do not recommend, refer, endorse, or approve any healthcare provider, travel agency or other providers listed in the Site. The contents of the ROYAL MEDICAL website, such as text, images, photos, videos, brochures, and any information obtained from our partners are solely for informational purposes only. In no way, the content is intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice. We strongly encourage our clients to consult all your medical issues with your local doctor in your country, before making a decision to travel abroad for treatment.
You agree to assume all responsibility in connection with choosing any doctor for your desired procedure. We assume no responsibility or liability for any treatment or other services rendered by any doctor, or for any malpractice claims and other claims that may arise directly or indirectly from any such advice, treatment or other services.

ROYAL MEDICAL recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of information we collect from our website users. We are committed to respecting their privacy. We will not sell, trade, rent, or give away any personal information that you have submitted during the online ordering process. This includes your E-mail address, credit card number or any other personal information. The protection of our users' personal information is extremely important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how ROYAL MEDICAL collects and uses the personal information you provide on our website, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it. Usage of Terms
MediTavels intend to provide the client with several materials verbally and in writing, such as marketing materials, invoices and itineraries containing information about hospitals, doctors, travel locations, travel details, etc. Most of this information is obtained from them directly. Although we do lot of research to ensure it is correct and up to date, we cannot continually verify the accuracy of such information. Also, the medical services provided by the hospitals are the sole responsibility of that provider with their own terms and conditions. Please note that the materials and documents issued to the clients are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-date-changeable and subject to cancellation or change fees. It is the client's responsibility to familiarize oneself with the terms and conditions. Also, many times exact cancellation fees may not be known until after cancellation, due to the booking systems, policies and processes of the relevant service providers. Therefore, the client agrees that ROYAL MEDICAL is not responsible for the uncertainty of cancellation fees. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the providers' liability such as liability for death, personal injury or medical malpractice. The clients' booking is made subject to, and constitutes acceptance of, these Terms and Conditions.

Although, ROYAL MEDICAL receives and collects any payment in respect of medical, travel or related services, for the Hospital, for any reason, if a Hospital is unable or unwilling to provide you the services for which you have been promised, your best option lies with the Hospital, as applicable, and not against ROYAL MEDICAL. However, ROYAL MEDICAL will do the best to work with the hospital to provide the service or to refund the money. If we received your payment through credit card, the client agrees that they will not seek a chargeback or recover the payment or any other direct or indirect losses from ROYAL MEDICAL. Further, the client agrees that, for the purposes of any applicable credit card scheme rules, by completing your booking and remitting payment to the relevant Providers, ROYAL MEDICAL has discharged in full our responsibilities to you. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you hereby waive the right to seek any chargeback against ROYAL MEDICAL with respect to any such payment and you agree that these Terms and Conditions may be used by ROYAL MEDICAL to resist any chargeback you seek to make against ROYAL MEDICAL.

Also, the client agrees that it is their responsibility for obtaining all health information and travel documents that are required. The client also acknowledges that under no circumstances they will obtain travel insurance to cover part or all of the travel to receive medical services from the Hospital. While the travel insurer determines insurance on individual circumstances, the coverage may be limited or none for travel for medical purposes and / or for any pre-existing conditions for which you or your traveling companions are traveling.

Prices
All prices and fares quoted by ROYAL MEDICAL are in EURO, unless specified, and are subject to change without notice at any time prior to departure.

Payment Terms
All participants will be required to make payment through certified or personal check in order to confirm all bookings. Four weeks prior to departure, a 20% deposit of the total procedure price will be required to reserve booking.

Cancellation & Changes
Because of the special nature of the medical and tour packages featured in this Site, our affiliates may impose variable cancellation fees. You agree that ROYAL MEDICAL has no control over such fees and cannot consider making any exceptions to these charges.
Airfares are subject to different rules and cancellation fees; some maybe non-refundable. To protect against cancellation charges, we strongly recommend purchasing Cancellation Protection and Travel Interruption Insurance.

Limitation on Liability
THE CLIENT AGREES THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ROYAL MEDICAL AND THEIR INTERNATIONAL AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING DUE TO ANY SITE MATERIALS, OR ANY SERVICES OBTAINED ON OR THROUGH THIS SITE. ALSO THE CLIENT AGREES THAT ROYAL MEDICAL AND THEIR AFFILIATES INCLUDING THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, ATTORNEYS, PREDECESSORS, SUCCESORS OR ASSIGNS ARE NOT LIABLE AGAINST MATERIALS, WEBSITE, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES INCLUDING ANY OMMISSIONS OR STATEMENT BY DOCTORS, HOSPITALS, MEDICAL SERVICE PROVIDERS, TOUR OPERATORS, ACCOMADATION PROVIDERS AND OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS. Indemnity
The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ROYAL MEDICAL and our affiliates, and our and their respective directors, officers, members, employees, agents, representatives, attorneys, successors and assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims, proceedings, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees and litigation expenses, relating to or arising from one's use of the Materials provided by us, or services obtained from the Materials, or any arrangements you make at our website or based on information obtained from The Materials, or one's use of the website, any website Materials, or services obtained on or through the website, or any arrangements you make based on information obtained on or through the website or any breach by you of our Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be deemed to be made under, and in all respects shall be interpreted, construed and governed by and in accordance with laws of the Czech Republic without regard to its choice of law principles, and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to jurisdiction of the Federal and State courts located in St. Louis, Missouri. We agree that any legal action or proceeding under or with respect to this agreement may be brought in the above mentioned court. For the purpose of any such legal action or proceeding, you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such court. You hereby agree not to raise and waives any objection to or any defense based upon the venue of such courts and any objection or defense based upon an inconvenient form. You also agree not to bring any legal action or proceeding under or with respect to this agreement outside the above courts of the Czech Republic unless, for some reason, the above courts refuse or do not have jurisdiction in the matter.

ROYAL MEDICAL controls its websites from its offices within the Czech Republic. The website can be accessed from other countries worldwide. Since the laws of each country able to access the websites may differ, by accessing the websites both you and ROYAL MEDICAL agree that the statutes and laws of the Czech Republc, without regard to choice of laws principles, will apply to all matters relating to use of our Sites.

ROYAL MEDICAL makes no representation that Materials on our websites are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. All participants must be in possession of a valid passport during time of travel. Depending on length of visit, a Visa or may be required for some or all of the countries visited. Please check your visa requirement at time of booking. ROYAL MEDICAL will provide visa information when applicable.
