So we represent your interests and rights and we are not representative of the clinics that we cooperate with. We offer you as much consultancy work as possible. You can ask us to collect and analyze information about the Czech health system and about a clinic you are interested in. We promise you that we will work hard on your behalf. We will present you all the necessary information in an unbiased form that we will be able to obtain. If you require comparisons of more clinics in the Czech Republic, we will be very pleased to also prepare it.

Unique type of protection
We appreciate your interest and we want you to feel stress free and welcome. We have developed well structured processes of managing pre departure consultation and onsite service. Move forward in preparing your treatment abroad with the knowledge that if you arrive in our country and the conditions are not acceptable to you, you have the option to cancel your treatment. It has never happened yet because our clients are used to finding that our promises come true.

Deposit Policy
We collect your deposit here in the Czech Republic. After your arrival, our specialists will not charge you any additional money in case of initial consultation or tour of the clinic if you are interested in it. If you have any serious reasons for canceling the treatment and cancellation fee can be up to 80 percent of the procedure costs we have agreed with our clinics that we will charge you only used expenses. The rest of your deposit will be refunded by Royal Medical within 14 working days.
